CEO on a visit to Liberia – says he will strengthen Coca Cola business aimed at boosting workers moral in the country

The Chairman of the Board of Director of Directors and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Coca Cola Company has assured employees and Liberians in general that he would continue to ensure support for Coca Cola Liberia so as to make its business grow in the Country.
Mr. Edward Neville (right photo), who paid a one day visit to the country yesterday said he would strive to work in helping to improve the Company’s facilities in Liberia; by making it a first class factory in Africa.Speaking yesterday when he addressed employees of the company before departing the country, the Coca Cola executive said as someone who started his career in Africa, he understands the day-to-day problems faced in the country by workforce in getting the company’s product ready for the market.
Mr. Neville who headed a special team of the company also praised Mr. Alex Cummings, head of Coca Cola Africa who is also a Liberian for his professional services over the years, and described him as a great leader.
At the well attended meetings with the Coca Cola CEO, a beautiful placard bearing the company’s logo was presented to him by the General Manager of Coca Cola Liberia, Mr. Rocky Findley. The Coca Cola boss has since left the country.
