Today, the United States Supreme Court scheduled the case – Leo C. Donofrio v. Nina Mitchell Wells, Secretary of State of the State of New Jersey – US Supreme Court Docket No. 08A407 – for a conference of the nine Justices.

The conference is a completely private affair and the public may not attend. If four of the nine Justices vote to hear the case in full, oral argument may be scheduled. The conference is scheduled for December 5, 2008, ten days before the meeting of the Electoral College.

Do not doubt that the tapes are real. They will be released in the next 24 hours here in the United States. This is not a hoax, it is really going to happen. I will post later on and tell you where you can go to listen to them. They will be played in full without any editing.

Yes, WordPress. I thank you all – the employees of WordPress for having taken time to study our case and arrive at this conclusion that has now brought us back to live online. This is for us “Resusurection from the dead!”, a death forced on us by our detractors.

 API and I, will always be indebted to you an dwe pray that your company continues to investigate complaints from readers and be able to determine that which is lies to undermine others that which is right an dgive justice back as you have done in this case.

API was saddened to learn that after we were taken down there were people who celebrated. We will not accuse them but wish them well in their lives even if they celebrated for our being shut down. Many of those who celebrated have send many emails to us where they express happiness on our closure and that has given us a lesson to know that there are active evilness in our world society.

When we were shut down, we got refuge in Tripod.com and the same people (our enemies) who caused trouble for us with wordpress followed us there and with their lies managed to fool Tripod to shut us down down awaiting clarification from us. How evil can people be, spreading lies and having people shut down for no apparent reason simply because they do not like what is being written politically. Did they have to follow us and lie to Tripod and have them shut us down?

After having us shut down by Tripod after using the WordPress case as reference, they have continued to send hate mail to us, but we forgive them all. In forgiveness you get blessings and strength to move on. The events we have gone through has thought us a great deal and we are goin to be back even more strengthened by all this.

Now that we are back, we forgive all our detractors and wish tehm well in life and hope they find better things to do than spreading lies and celebrating when others are in problems as we were.

We will now put all that behind and proceed with we we do best – bringing the news to our loyal readers.
