The former strongman was used to treatment abroad when he was the President of Egypt. He enjoyed life squandering tax payers money.
Now, he has been belittled and being kept in a little known hospital in Egypt with facilities that the former dictator is not used to because of his luxurious lifestyle.
It has been reported that he is now in a coma. His coma may be engineered because he is supposed to appear in a corruption trial in the next two weeks.
Observers say if he is really in coma in the hospital, then it is because of the aftershock of being forcefully removed from power. With the humiliation he now faces, he may easily get heart attack, collapse and die.
This should teach other leaders who cling to power a lesson that when they fall from grace, people may treat them without respect and may be humiliated as we now see with Mubarak.
Mubarak was highly regarded by leaders of the countries that had good ties with Egypt when he was the president, but now those leaders are not around to support him when he is being ruthlessly punished to his death through humiliation and court cases.
His lawyer is reported to have told the media that the former Egyptian strongman is very sick and in full coma.
In support of the lawyer, another medical source has told API that Mubarak’s health has deteriorated and there is fear that he may not survive the coma, adding that the former President has very little chance of waking up.
