The ICC Kenya cases against the 4 that was confirmed is not making the country united, instead, it may divide the country if not handled well by the politicians when they take to the road to campaign for the coming elections later this year.
One of the accused’s counsels Karim Khan appearing on K24 TV’s interview by Jeff Koinange speaks his mind after the confirmation of charges on the 23rd of January this year whereby William Ruto, Jushua Sang, Uhuru Kenyatta, Francis Muthaura will face trial if their appeal does not succeed.
Karim Khan represents Mr Muthaura.
In the initial stage, there were six Kenyans facing the confirmation of charges hearing in the Hague. Henry Kosgey and Former Commissioner of Police Ali were the lucky ones. Their cases were not confirmed.
