Professor Githu Muigai, Kenya’s Attorney General speaks on the ICC ruling that puts Uhuru Kenyatta, William Ruto, Francis Muthaura and Joshua Sang on trial. This can only be avoided (the trial) if the 4 accused succeeds in their coming appeal.
