American soldier can shoot you point-blank. He or she will be given a ride by plane back to the US and leniently tried there. Shoot an American soldier anywhere in the world – and you are not an American – the US government will demand that you be taken for trial in the United States.
If your country refuses to listen, the Americans will call on the United Nations to impose sanctions on the country where you are.
Is this equality?
The American soldier who served in Iraq before he was transferred to Afghanistan where he lost his senses and killed 16 innocent Afghan people was arrested by his own friends and transported back to America. Now they are telling the world that the young man most probably lost his mind and went a little mad, thus shooting the innocent people.
So they will transfer him to a health facility where he will be treated and the world most probably will be told, he was sick at the time of his criminal actions.
If USA was a member of the ICC, the international community would be able to demand that the soldier is transferred to the Hague to face ICC judges. USA has refused to become a member because the country knows that the American soldiers are committing crimes against humanity in the world and nothing is done.
Why do other countries of the world allow the US to dictate them and yet they are not members of the ICC. World leaders should embrace Zimbabwe’s Mugabe who does not give the US any chance to play with his country. America and the UK imposed sanctions on Zimbabwe but the leaders there ignored that and the country is still running – so other countries should not fear the US and their threat of sanctions.

They let us, because they have no choice. It really sucks, but it’s the way it is. If they refuse? Sanctions, or a regime change and a rebuild of the nation.
