Vladimir Putin is back as President in Russia

Putin has managed again. After leading Russia for 2 terms as President he ensured that his friend took because the constitution does not allow a third term.
On stepping completion of his second term he was appointed as the Prime minister, and now back as elected President.
This means he can now do 2 terms again because the constitution allows a continued two-term period as he is seen now to have started a fresh.
