Posted by African Press International on August 20, 2012

Information expected to be released will expose the manipulations carried out in order to succeed to have them face the Confirmation of Charges Hearing that took place last year.

The information is so embarrassing that it will cause difficulty for the prosecution to carry on with the case. They will have to ask the court to free them.

Some members of the prosecution who are privy to the information are now very troubled, knowing that the deal once out in the open will expose impunity within their ranks.

They officials privy to the information that will set the two men free are also well aware that they may end up in jail for playing along.

When Kenyatta’s and Ruto’s cases fall due to the manipulated information, Mr Francis Muthaura and Mr Joshua Sang will become free men as well.

Posted by African Press International on August 20, 2012

Norway has been a peaceful country. They have been enjoying peace pouring from the valleys and mountains. The people enjoying the best weeks in the month of July when almost everbody is having some holiday.

Then in the middle of all this, things get serious. Some even lost their jobs and some got summer shocks leading them to seek psychological help to pull through the days.

What really has cause all this? Their own son, Anders Behring Breiving who decided that Norwegians have had enough happiness..
Last year, 22nd.July around 1500 hours he started on his bombing spree. He bombed Prime Minister Stoltenberg’s office. Some people died. He drove off to Utöya where he killed over 60 youth.

This past week, the 22nd july commission came with a verdict. The police did a bad job. They were able to stop the killings had they acted sooner on knowing of the bombing at the PM’s offices. This has caused the police boss his job

The killer wants a pure Europe with no room for muslims.

Luo elders make peace with PM Raila Odinga: Reason given is the fear not to get him elected president if disunity in Luoland continues

Posted by African Press International on August 20, 2012

This is a very interesting and seemingly desperate move by the elders. They have realised their disagreements fighting to become the Luo Ker is causing problems for Raila.

A luo Ker is one elected by elders and he has a duty of a spokesman for the whole community.

Trouble started last year when elections to choose one came and Raila backed the wrong guy. Now the court seems to recognise Mr Ogallo, the man Raila helped pushed out. Those who took over at the time have started the search for a truce. Ogallo who is legitimate according to the court is said to have snabbed the meeting.

Will they unite? And will that hand their Son Raila the presidency?
Many observers believe that the unity call is due to the fact that Miguna Miguna is back in Kenya and has sworn to rain blows on Raila’s compaign network so that he does not get elected. Miguna is Raila’s former advisor and has told the Kenyans that his former boss should not get the presidency because, as he puts it – a non reformer.
